Online Cow Herd Inventory Update Form Help

COW HERD DISPOSAL FORM

GENERAL:	Update this form making any changes necessary including:
		recording disposal information of animals culled from your herd


COW INFORMATION:		DAM PHN -Dam Private Herd Number
		REGISTRATION NUMBER -Cow’s registration number on file at the ABBA office. When adding animals to your inventory be sure to include the registration number along with the PHN.
		DISPOSAL CODE -Please report the disposal code (reason) for cows no longer in your herd. Recording this information will remove the cow from your herd inventory.
		DISPOSAL DATE -Please report the date the cow was disposed of (culled) from your herd.

ADDING COWS:		To add animals to your cow herd inventory, click on the "ADD" button found at the bottom of the list of cows currently showing on your batch of inventory records. On the screen presented, record all the necessary information and then click on "Update" button found at the bottom of the page.
